Product Details

Dark brown frosted lucite hoop earrings in a straight & sturdy shape. This style is known as the 'Portland Hoop' (named after the maker's home in Portland, Maine) and comes in 2 sizes. The smaller of the 2 is called the "Chandler Hoop' and also comes in loads of colors. The Portland measures about 36mm or 1.5" in diameter & 10mm in width. One of our largest styles & yet it's still super lightweight & easy to wear.

Jewelry is designed & hand finished by us, here in the US. Most all are made with vintage lucite parts from the 1960's - early 80's by Best Plastics & other manufacturers. They were leftovers from companies like Coro, Avon & Haskell. We hand-set them with surgical steel earring posts and they have sturdy surgical steel/acrylic backings on them as well. Light-weight & fun to wear.
